My late lunch/afternoon snack!



The tomato and basil are home grown, and have cherry bocconcini and parmesan added, plus a splash of balsamic vinegar. Bruchetta minus the bread pretty much!

    We’re pleased! While peaches are season, try adding one to this recipe. The sweet and salty combination is to die for!
